Shipping Policy

Orders are carefully packed and typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, unless a different dispatch time is stated on the product page.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, carrier, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

We ship worldwide. For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise.

Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

EU & UK Customers

Customers within the EU and UK retain all statutory consumer rights applicable to their purchase. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or affects those rights.

Where legally required, we will ensure your order is delivered within the applicable statutory delivery period unless another delivery timeframe has been agreed with you.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Sometimes a shipment may take longer than expected due to the carrier, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us. We will review the shipment and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier.

We’ll keep you informed and work with you toward a solution.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Packrats cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update it.

Due to the fluctuating market, we do not accept returns. Damaged delivery? We are sorry that the item is damaged.

You can contact us by mail or on the website and we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
