Shipping Policy

Orders are carefully packed and typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, unless a different dispatch time is stated on the product page.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, carrier, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

We ship worldwide. For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise.

Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

EU & UK Customers

Customers within the EU and UK retain all statutory consumer rights applicable to their purchase. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or affects those rights.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Packrats cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Due to the fluctuating market, we do not accept returns. Damaged delivery? We are sorry that the item is damaged.
