Shipping Policy

Orders are carefully packed and typically dispatched within 24 hours unless a different dispatch time is stated on the product page.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, carrier, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

We ship worldwide. For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise.

Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

EU & UK Customers

Customers within the EU and UK retain all statutory consumer rights applicable to their purchase. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or affects those rights.

Where legally required, we will ensure your order is delivered within the applicable statutory delivery period unless another delivery timeframe has been agreed with you.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Sometimes a shipment may take longer than expected due to the carrier, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us. We will review the shipment and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier.

We’ll keep you informed and work with you toward a solution.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. SuperSub cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update it.

* Technical information, such as your IP address, browser, device information and how you interact with our website.
* Marketing preferences, including whether you have chosen to receive marketing communications from us.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your personal information where necessary to operate SuperSub and provide our services, including to:

* process and deliver your orders;
* process payments, returns, refunds and exchanges;
* communicate with you about your orders or customer service requests;
* maintain and improve our website and services;

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information in circumstances where consent was required, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal obligations.

The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated date shown above.
